Stu and Leiana's Addition
Situated at the base of the Helderberg Mountain Chain, Stewart and Leiana wanted to renovate their home to take full advantage of the beautiful scenery. C & J transformed their back deck and pool area adding an addition with a walk out basement, large wrap around deck, front porch, new hardscapes, siding and new roof. We also renovated the master bedroom, reconfiguring the layout to utilize the balcony and situate the point of view to the mountains. In the four Season room, lots of windows and a fireplace were added creating a space they can use year round. A two tier 1,200 square foot Trex deck was also installed tying the first floor down to the pool area with updated hardscapes to create an outdoor space great for having friends and family in the summer. Keeping with a modern theme, a black metal roof was installed on the garage along with James Hardi siding and our signature cedar trim creating a finish that has made their house truly unrecognizable and now taking full advantage of its perfect location.
Mark and Erin's Addition
Customers Mark and Erin had a beautiful lot in a great town, but a home that was far too small and did not meet the needs of their everyday lives. C & J transformed this early 1900's farmhouse from 1,500 square feet with 3 Bedrooms, and1 1/2 baths to 4,150 Square Feet with 5 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, a Great Room, Finished Basement and Covered Screen Porch. With designs from architect Beth Mosal, the goal was to modernize the home and create larger spaces while keeping the feel of the original farmhouse. We were able to accomplish this by adding a large two-story addition and renovating almost the entire existing space. On the exterior of the home we stripped the original wood clapboard and installed James Hardi fiber cement siding accented with Azek Trim. A large Screen Porch was also installed with Trex decking and our signature tongue and groove Cedar Ceiling. On the inside significant changes were made to the layout including adding a large stairwell to the center of the house from the newly finished basement to the 2nd floor. In the addition a large Great Room was installed as the centerpiece of the home with a Rumsford Fireplace and Upgraded Trim including a Tray Ceiling, Columns and Custom Built-in Seating. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms, two additional bathrooms and laundry room were added including a large Master Bedroom with a custom shower and walk-in closet. Throughout, the finishes include Stained Hardwood Floors, Oversized Trim, Tile Showers, Vanities with Quartz Tops, Recessed Lighting, and Smart Home features. To finish things off, a new yard and landscapes were installed, bringing to life this one of a kind project and completing Mark and Erin’s dream home!

Check out our most recent deck! We built Christine this 350 Square foot covered deck so her and the family had a shaded place to enjoy their back yard. The decking and railing are from Trex Transcend Line including aluminum balusters and Trex lighting. To accent this we installed Azek trim to the columns, skirt and ceiling, giving the back yard bbq an extra touch of class.
