Ken and Cindy's Home

Ken and Cindy lost their home to a devastating fire that originated in the kitchen. The original house was damaged beyond repair, by removing the debris and helped Ken and Cindy envision and ultimately design the home of their dreams. This 2,800 square foot colonial combines an open floor plan with a rustic look that fits with the wooded landscape of their property. It contains a large kitchen and island that is opened to a dining area and large great room with high ceilings. The fireplace is a high efficiency wood burning stove and cultured stone chimney. The first floor is also complete with an office and 3/4 bathroom. Upstairs the balcony overlooks the great room and fireplace. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a laundry room. Outside a large back deck and front porch were installed to enjoy the beautiful landscape surrounding this Amsterdam home.
