This cozy cabin-style home was constructed in the Helderberg Mountains. Spanning 1,600 square feet, it features weathered cedar siding and is situated on a spacious lot with stunning views. The innovative design is crafted to the surrounding landscape and is strategically placed next to a small canyon on the property. Inside, the home boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout, and a generous living room. Given the area's extreme weather, energy efficiency was a top priority achieved by framing the exterior walls to a thickness of 10 inches for added insulation and installing a heat pump HVAC system.
